Anyone following Real Medicine in the slightest knows that we operate all over the world so most of the support we ask for goes to people in places that you or I living here in California may never see. BUT, now we have a chance to make a difference here, in our community. FINALLY!

 (come out!) We need 30 people to paint, sew pillows and generally lend a hand as “go-to guys/gals.” 

STUFF! (clean your closets/garages!) We need clothes, books (children’s/adults/Spanish), computers, one tv/dvd player, toys, hangers

MONEY! (make a donation–its tax deductible!) We need money to buy folding chairs (20x$15=$300), 2 Ikea love seats (2x$250=$500), 20 floor cushions (20x$20=$400), iPod Stereo ($60), 10 yoga mats (10x$20=$200), Art Supplies ($200), Storage bins and baskets for clothing room ($200).

It is no secret that insufficient health care and social services is a huge problem here in the US. Even a friend of mine from France after hearing my general description of Real Medicine, “we establish and sustain clinics around the world in 14 different countries,” said, “well, where you are needed is right here.” I was proud to be able to say that the US is Empire divx one of those 14 countries, with local programs in Los Angeles.  

We have been asking for better services and more opportunities to help locally. Next weekend is our chance to come out and do something to make things better. Put your money where your mouth is: come out, get your hands dirty, get paint on your pants, make some friends and have some fun all in the name of, well, humanity.
